Go here to download the 128-bit encryption (for Win2000 see the second note):
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/128bit/default.asp - save to disk.
Do a Start...Find...Files for schannel.dll and rename it with an .old extension, then install the 128-bit encryption.
